londonsushitools.com ships packages to all over the world from Japan through the following global carriers: 

All orders are generally processed within 1 business day; however, large numbers of orders or low inventory may delay processing. 

Payment will be charged to your credit card or PayPal when you place your order. Once your order has been completed, you cannot cancel, change the quantity, or change the shipping address after 24 hours have passed, so please enter the correct information when purchasing. We cannot ship to boxes, lockers, or post office boxes.  If you are unable to pick up your order because you are not home, please contact the delivery company to arrange an alternative delivery date.

Delivery Time

We are not responsible for carrier delays due to holidays, weather conditions, customs inspections, and other circumstances beyond our control. The arrival time of your package after it has been shipped varies depending on the destination, as indicated below:

 

 

UK: Approximately 11–14 business days.

USA: Approximately 11–14 business days.

Singapore: Approximately 9–12 business days.

Brazil: Approximately 14–18 business days.

Cancellations and Refunds

 

Please note that all products on londonsushitools.com  cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if the shipped item is different from the item that you ordered or is seriously damaged, please email a photo of the item immediately to londonsushitools.com , along with your name, address, and order reference number. After verification, we will send you a replacement product free of charge.

 

We strive to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, because different computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices display colours differently, we cannot guarantee that colours on your screen accurately reflect the product colours.
