Labara is Japan's first lightweight rubber cutting board with a wood core. Rubber is a special rubber, so it cannot be used in ultraviolet sterilizers. The biggest features are "resistance to stains" and "good grip on the blade". Moreover, it has antibacterial properties, so you can always use it cleanly and with confidence. The cooking surface is wood-colored. Surprisingly, it doesn't strain your eyes. The inherent elasticity of rubber keeps the knife sharp for a long time. It's lightweight, doesn't sag, and doesn't warp. It's also completely odorless. It has a removable multi-layer structure (each layer is 5mm thick), so if the cooking surface becomes damaged, there is no need to scrape it off, and you can always get a new cooking surface by peeling it off, making it a very economical and gentle type. Anyone can easily remove it with a clear separation line. *For lengths of 600mm or less, double-sided multilayer type is used. *There are 4-layer type and 5-layer type. There are two types.
